Gua sha stone
It originally comes from China, where gua means "to scratch" and sha means "red spots/redness". Gua sha is a massage technique where you scrape upwards and outwards, use acupuncture points and work on the lymphatic system.

Another popular beauty trend is the Chinese facial roller. They are made from different stones that all have different meanings in the same way as with the gua sha stone. The rollers also originate from China, where they have been used for years to stimulate the microcirculation and musculature in the face. Some compare the effect of the rollers to an effective round of facial strength training.
When you roll across the face, you strengthen microcirculation, which improves your cellular tissue. After using the roller for a while, you will see and feel the tightening effect.
