A teacher of mindful yoga, breathing exercises and meditation, Mette brings many years of experience and a deep passion for the healing power of yoga. Mette's focus is on creating a conscious practice where every movement and every breath contributes to a deeper connection between body and mind.
As the owner of the registered trademark Copenhagenyoga, Mette brings over 30 years of experience in yoga therapy with special expertise in neck, back and lower back pain and stress management.
