THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW APPLY TO ALL ONLINE PURCHASES OF GOODS ON SMUKSKINCARE.COM

Reservations are made for printing errors, price changes, discontinued products, construction changes and sold-out items.

These terms and conditions are accepted by the customer in connection with placing orders. The terms and conditions will be available at any time on smukskincare.com and will be updated continuously.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All items from smukskincare.com are delivered with GLS or DAO to the nearest parcel shop - FREE SHIPPING ON PURCHASES OVER 800 DKK.- (always without distribution and only in DK) For delivery to your door it costs DKK 50,-

Delivery in Europe costs 150,- and for purchases over 1600,- shipping is free.

We can also deliver to other countries - if you wish this, please contact us at info@smukskincare.com for shipping prices.

SALES AND DELIVERY TERMS

The following terms of sale and delivery apply to all deliveries from smukskincare.com.
The conditions apply in the event that no other written agreements have been made between you as the buyer and smukskincare.com.

Delivery time: 2-4 business days.

Delivery time and transport: Delivery of goods from smukskincare.com is considered to have occurred when the customer has received the goods.
We would like to point out that GLS and DAO do not always deliver from day to day, and that delivery delays/postponements may therefore occur. We therefore ask you to order the goods in good time.

Documentation and instructions: All ingredients and instructions are listed on the products.
The risk of the goods: The risk of goods purchased from smukskincare.com passes to you as the consumer at the time of delivery.

Your payment will only be withdrawn when we ship your package.

Discount codes

Discount codes may not be used on gift cards. If used on this, the purchased gift card will be cancelled.

COMPLAINT

Any errors or deficiencies in delivery from smukskincare must be claimed within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error. It is your duty to state - and upon request, show - how the error or deficiency manifests itself.

As a general rule, you can only complain about defects that appear no later than two years after you have received the goods.

RESPONSIBILITY

smukskincare.com is also not responsible for the items ordered on the shop by the customer being the correct ones or correctly ordered. It will therefore be your responsibility to ensure that the order placed on smukskincare is completed correctly.

PERSONAL DATA POLICY

The personal data is registered at smukskincare.com and stored for 1 year, after which the information is deleted. We register your personal data for the purpose of being able to deliver the product to you. We will pass on your name, address and telephone number to Postdanmark or GLS to deliver the ordered goods. No personally sensitive information is recorded.
As a registered user of smukskincare.com, you always have the right to object to the registration and you have the right to access what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Danish Personal Data Act, and inquiries in this regard should be directed to smukskincare.com via email. info@smukskincare.com .
